We really enjoyed this place. Our location was good and stunning on the river front. Restaurant Boulevard Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Modern double room was brand-new. There were a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, which was great.

i was given well-equipped room with improper quality, good beds and decent bathroom.

This place has a great location near the Water tower, which was stunning.

Very good, great breakfast with a large selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good bed. Best location and very quiet.

A perfect accommodation: quiet, close to the centre, clean, comfortable. The centre is only a few minutes walk away. In this still morbid city the hotel is a true haven of peace. We'll come back here in a few years to see what's become of this town.

The breakfast unfortunately not just standard the pastry and bread for Best Western unusually bad. All a little bit very sweet.

The room was well-equipped, nicely furnished, and had a clean bathroom, making for a comfortable stay.

Centrally located, monitored parking lot. Very pleasant staff. Restaurant: cultivated, classic atmosphere (a rarity!). Nice breakfast (champagne!)

The breakfast is plentiful, and the location is excellent next to parks, center of Arad and spectacular city hall. Impeccable service and the food is appetising. Convenient to have a bar in the reception: D

Great location in the city center, with easy access to main attractions and shops. Free parking is a big plus, especially in a busy city like this. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service.

The cleanliness was also lacking, with some dirty spots on the floor. The shower was slippery and small, posing a danger for those with balance issues.

Good location, friendly reception, as I am travelling a lot the most important are the matracess for me, becuause of my back. In this hotel the bed was OK.

The breakfast is kind of poor could have more selection.

Location was good; was near a big shopping area ( Mariahilfestrasse).

The room comes equipped with coffee/tea makers, a writing table, ironing facilities, and an incredibly comfortable bed, all while providing a lovely view of the inner courtyard.
